How much does it cost to ship?

We offer FREE shipping, returns, and exchanges within the contiguous USA. Our free exchanges are limited to your first order alone. However, if you still wish to process an exchange, we'll gladly do it for an additional fee of $15, which goes toward your exchange shipping. 

How long does shipping take?

Typically 7-8 days from the time the order is placed. 

How much time does it take to process an order?

Typically within 1-3 business days of processing time at our warehouse.

Can I request expedited shipping?

If you require your order to be delivered quickly, we offer expedited shipping as an option. At checkout, you have the opportunity to upgrade your shipping method for an extra fee. Kindly note that this expedited shipping option is presently limited to customers residing in the contiguous United States.

Please be aware that if you place an expedited order after 2 p.m. CT, it will be processed on the following business day. Additionally, please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or United States holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Certainly! We do offer international shipping for our products. While it involves additional costs and logistical challenges, we are dedicated to making our products accessible in as many locations as we can. How do I track my order?

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number. You may track your order on our tracking page too. If it has been over 5 business days since you placed your order and you have not received a tracking number or your tracking number isn't showing any progress, please reach out to us via email. We are here to assist you and provide the necessary support.

My tracking number isn’t working 

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for newly issued tracking numbers to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation. If it has been more than 24 hours and your tracking number is still not functioning, kindly send us an email, and we will gladly assist you in obtaining a status update.
