To receive two pairs of J.Rozario fit trial shoes, kindly agree to the terms outlined below:
During the checkout process, you'll have the option to request a complimentary pair of fit trial shoes. We'll dispatch three mismatched pairs: one in your ordered size, another half a size larger, and the third half a size smaller. For instance, if you order a size 9, you'll receive sizes 9D, 8.5D, and 9.5D.
This service is free of charge, including shipping to your doorstep and a prepaid returns label. We aim to dispatch the fit trial shoes within one business day via UPS, subject to size availability. If sizes are unavailable, expect a shipping delay of up to one week.
Upon receiving the fit trial shoes, please try them on indoors, preferably on a carpeted surface, and return them within 48 hours. Failure to return promptly may delay processing your custom order.
Avoid wearing the fit trial shoes outdoors or on rough surfaces to prevent damage. Damaged shoes upon return will incur a $150 replacement/reconditioning fee.
Included in the package is a prepaid UPS return label. After trying the shoes, repack them in the original packaging, affix the return label, and drop off the package at any location accepting prepaid UPS packages.
For additional size trials, you're responsible for covering shipping costs, approximately $30 round trip. Additional fit trials aren't included in our fit trial program; kindly contact us to order a second round of Fit trial shoes.
Please note that fit may vary due to factors such as shoe style, leather type, sole type, time of day, sock choice, or barefoot testing. While we can't guarantee exact fit replication, we're confident that the size and width best suited from the fit trial shoes will serve you well.
