What is your return policy on returns?

We accept returns for any unworn products in their original packaging. It is important to initiate the return process within 30 days from the delivery date, as indicated on your tracking information.

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control department will carefully assess its condition to ensure it remains unworn and in perfect shape. Subsequently, we will proceed with either sending you a new product, processing a refund, or providing a store credit—whatever option suits you best.

How do I exchange or return my J.Rozario product?

How much will it cost me to ship the product back to your warehouse?

We are pleased to offer FREE returns and exchanges for all orders within the contiguous United States. To initiate a return or exchange, we will provide you with a convenient pre-paid return label sent directly to your email. All you need to do is arrange for a pickup or visit a nearby UPS store to drop off the package. We aim to make the return process as effortless as possible for you.
